About the use of nuts in our cookie gifts

Please note, we do not add nuts to any of the cookies we make. Please review our cookie ingredients to see the ingredients in our cookies for delivery. We do not allow nuts into the area where the cookies are made. We also do not buy ingredients that contain nuts. Despite all the precautions we take, we cannot be responsible for any contamination or cross contamination that takes place prior to our receiving the products or after.

Some examples of this may include:

• contamination that takes place when manufacturer transports product to stores,
• contamination during the creation of the products,
• or in any other situation where nuts may have contacted the products

Therefore the product may contain traces of nuts.

We may add shredded coconut and coconut oil to some of our cookies but as the coconut is a seed and a member of the palm family, it is not related to nuts or peanuts. Also, it is has not been classified as a tree-nut in Canada for the purpose of food allergen labelling.
