Order Cancellation Policy for Montreal Cookie Delivery

Please review our gift order delay and cancellation policy.

If we have bad weather, we cannot guarantee the delivery time that you requested. Every effort will be made to do so, but we are not responsible for any delays that may occur and no refund will be given. We will deliver as soon as it is possible. We will also, whenever possible, e-mail you when we know that your delivery may be in this situation when bad weather is coming.

If you cancel more that 72 hours in advance, a 100% refund will be offered.

If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice, no refund will be applied.

Please be aware that these time limits are when we receive the e-mail or phone call. So if you send an e-mail at 3 am in the morning, the time recorded for the policy begins when we see it the next morning (not the exact time when you send us notice to cancel the order).

On multiple corporate orders, there are no cancellations unless more than 7 days are given, and a fee will be charged for work already performed.
